The two new advisors, Executive Vice President Philip DeSimone and Vice President Andrew Sherman, have been hired on by Kelleher & Sadowsky to serve as advisors. According to a release from the company, they will focus mostly on the office, life science and distribution ware - house sectors where they will provide investor and landlord- related services. "The addition of Phil and Andrew represents an important first step for us to develop a much larger presence in the MetroWest market and further east," James Umphrey, Kelleher & Sadowsky principal, said in a release.
