Grafton board approves 105-unit development Milford developer D&F Afonso Builders has been given the go-ahead from the Graon Planning Board to pursue plans to develop a 15-acre parcel along Westboro Road and Institute Road in North Graon. e plans for the development from D&F call for 105 housing units spread over five buildings. Two of the buildings will have first floor office and retail spaces, totalling 14,000 square feet. Two floors of one and two-bedroom apartments will be installed above. Revolutionary Clinics hit with $120K fine e Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission slapped a $120,000 fine on a cultivator and manufacturer that sold vaporizer cartridges exceeding state limits for ethanol to marijuana dispensaries in late 2018 and early 2019. e commission unanimously approved the fine and a four-month probation period for Revolutionary Clinics, which grows marijuana and manufactures marijuana products in Fitchburg. Kelleher expands east with two hires from JLL Worcester commercial real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowsky is continuing its eastern expansion with the hiring of two former employees of real estate firm JLL Boston. e two new advisors, Executive Vice President Philip DeSimone and Vice President Andrew Sherman, have been hired on by Kelleher & Sadowsky to serve as advisors. ey will focus mostly on the office, life science and distribution warehouse sectors where they will provide investor and landlord-related services.
