She is a co-chair of the firm's insurance coverage litigation practice group and handles coverage disputes and personal injury litiga- tion, including cases involving gen- eral liability and premises liability for both first and third parties. She has a history of favorable decisions defending clients in high-exposure matters. Frank has helped launch many ini- tiatives at the Foundation, including general operating support, HFPG Im- pact!, the Career Pathways Initiative, and most recently, the COVID-19 Re- sponse Fund. She started her career as a classroom teacher and strategic partnership development assistant at Hartford Public Schools.
