She is a co-chair of the firm's insurance coverage litigation practice group and handles coverage disputes and personal injury litiga- tion, including cases involving gen- eral liability and premises liability for both first and third parties. She has a history of favorable decisions defending clients in high-exposure matters. Frank has helped launch many ini- tiatives at the Foundation, including general operating support, HFPG Im- pact!, the Career Pathways Initiative, and most recently, the COVID-19 Re- sponse Fund. She started her career as a classroom teacher and strategic partnership development assistant at Hartford Public Schools. Four reasons why you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty: • Led the implementation and evalua- tion of the Foundation's first general operating support program, provid- ing flexible dollars to key nonprofits. • Helped shape the Foundation's stra- tegic focus on inclusive community and economic development. • Led the development and imple- mentation of the Foundation's first impact investing program, HFPG Impact! Greater Hartford. • Co-led the Foundation's COVID-19 response grantmaking totaling more than $6 million.
