Since joining the firm in 2006, Blanton has designed and managed more than 140 transmission and sub- station projects, helping design more than 1,000 miles of transmission line across the nation. Today, his Walling- ford-based T&D team supports more than 250 projects generating more than $30 million in revenue. Ciaverella is both a WELL and LEED Accredited Professional and has earned her Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certifica- tion. As part of the design team, Ciaverella focuses on the effect of form, color, light and material on human health and behavior.
