Rossignol has 30 years of proj- ect management, electrical/mechani- cal construction and maintenance and product testing and evaluation in the power generation, renewable and manufacturing sectors. OTELCO, a wireline telecommunications company in New Gloucester, hired Eric Proulx as direc- tor of network oper- ations. Proulx has 24 years of experience in the communication industry. Good Shepherd Food Bank in Auburn hired Georgia Jenkins as corporate and foundation relations officer, Jane Clifford as volunteer program manager and Megan Crowder as marketing and communica- tions coordinator. Jenkins was previously the grants manager at Preble Street in Portland, Clifford was with City Year in Manchester, N.H. and Crowder was an account executive with Marshall Communications in Augusta. Verrill, a law firm in Portland, hired Edward Rosenthal as a corporate and secu- rities attorney in its business law group. Rosenthal, who has 40 years of experi- ence covering a diverse array of matters and transactions, with particular focus on the representation of financial institu- tions and other public companies in dis- closure and related corporate law matters, was previously deputy general counsel for e PNC Financial Services Group Inc. Payroll Management Inc., an Auburn based independent payroll processing, human resources and tax support services firm for small and medium- sized businesses, hired Ben Getchell as COO. Previously, Getchell was direc- tor of service operations at Unum in South Portland. Constant, a financial technology com- pany in Portland, hired Nicole Cluff as vice president, head of product strategy. Cluff most recently served as vice presi- dent, senior manager, business manage- ment and governance at TD Bank. Opus Consulting, a business performance consulting firm in Portland, hired Eric Shooman as an advisor. Shooman cur- rently serves as the CEO for Liteboxx, a health care product management advisory firm. Franklin Health Pediatrics and Women's Care in Farmington hired Katie Trask as practice manager. Tilson, a network development and information infrastructure profes- sional services firm in Portland, said Joshua Broder, CEO, was appointed to the INCOMPAS board of direc- tors and Timothy Schneider, gen- eral counsel, will serve as the firm's representative on the organization's policy committee. Skelton Taintor & Abbott, a law firm in Auburn, said that the Maine State Bar Association, board of governors appointed Andrew Zulieve as leader of the group's intellectual property section for 2020. Zulieve's practice at the firm covers all non-patent areas of intellectual property law, trademarks and brand protection, copyrights, design rights, trade secrets, licensing, rights of pub- licity, domain name and social media disputes, unfair competition, business law and litigation in all courts. The University of Maine System board of trustees elected James Erwin to serve as board chair and Mark Gardner as vice chair. Erwin will be serving his fourth and final year as chair while Gardner will be serving his first year as vice chair. [ A C H I E V E M E N T S ] Harpswell Capital Advisors, an investment firm in New Gloucester dedicated to serving nonprofits, said it was one of only 108 firms in the U.S., and the only one in Maine, named to the "2020 Top Charitable Financial Advisor Firms" by investor.com. Clark Insurance in Portland said its personal Insurance division received Cornerstone designation from Chubb, a global provider of insurance products. According to the firm, only 7% of the 3,600 U.S. personal insurance agencies that work with organization earned the designation. e firm also reported that Kelly St Onge, senior account man- ager, earned the "Award of Excellence" designation from Safeco Insurance Co. Lovebirds Donuts in Kittery was selected as one of the country's "Top Vegan Doughnuts" by PETA. F.L.Putnam Investment Management Co. in Portland announced that Robertson Breed was named one of Maine's top advisors by Barron's for the second consecutive year and third time overall. Breed serves as the most senior portfo- lio manager at the firm.
