The hall of fame recognizes individuals who have earned high levels of recognition as well as contribution within ERA, and who made an impact on the culture and history throughout the years. Taylor founded ERA Key Realty Services in Milford in 1988 after ERA Homeowners Advantage merged with Nelson Zides ERA John Nelson in Framingham. He received his MBA in finance from Ohio University in 1969 and began his career in real estate in 1973 serving as a chief financial trust officer of Dominion Mortgage and Realty Trust in Massachusetts. DIANE DABROWSKI earned the 2020 Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts 2020 Emerald Top Producer Award. The top producers were recognized for outstanding levels of production in real estate transactions based on dollar volume or units sold in 2019. With more than 30 years of experience, Dabrowski started at Alliance Realty in Charlton, later merging with ERA Key and is a certified residential specialist. Dabrowski is also a member of the National Association of Realtors. YIONGCHIASIDER "BEA" LEE has joined The North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce as an economic development and loan administrator. Lee will be responsible for the administration of the diverse portfolio of programs and initiatives in the North Central Massachusetts Development Corp., which is the chamber's economic development arm. Prior to her new role, she worked in the Panther Group in Boston as a client relationship manager, and before that job worked for Rollstone Bank and Trust in Fitchburg as an assistant branch manager. Lee earned her bachelor's degree in business administration at Fitchburg State University, and an associates degree in business from Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner. JOSEPH J. NORMANT has joined the Leominster Credit Union as senior vice president and chief financial officer. LCU's finance department includes accounting, and treasury and audit compliance which will be overseen by Normant. He will report to John O'Brien, who is the president and CEO, and participate in the senior management team as a member. Before joining LCU, Normant was the CFO at Main Street Bank in Marlborough.
