What has been your biggest
professional accomplishment so far?
Making a positive impact in the communities I've served through creating
and enhancing services, building new libraries and renovating existing
ones, improving workflow and financial operations, and enhancing financial
support. Having one 'big' accomplishment is not my goal. Continuous
improvement focusing on impact is much more important to me.
