We feel vulnerable on many levels while trying to do our jobs, support our families and keep track of our friends from a distance. There is so much uncertainty and anxiety swirling around us, that if we are not careful, it is easy to drown in the moment. As a business leader I have had to reflect on the priori - ties for my own company and colleagues as well as my own personal responsibilities. It sounds cliché, but it has never been clearer that the health and safety of our employees, patients and stakeholders is the #1 priority. Once we all grounded in that at Trevi our team pivoted quickly to work virtually and bringing a renewed energy and cre - ativity to continue on our mission. I have been impressed with how our team has stepped up with real ingenuity and leadership at all levels. As a start-up company, we already had strong bonds that come with being in the fight together. But, this challenge has opened people up in new and more personal ways. We were invited into each other's homes with Zoom calls sharing our family, pets, recipes, etc. often times not showered and wearing workout clothes. It has made us more resilient and resolute. My best leadership advice during this time is to get more comfortable with feeling uncomfortable. Everywhere the circuit breakers have been tripped and there is a high likelihood this won't be the last time. It truly is the big reset. To thrive, all com - panies will need to think and act like startups by reimagining their future and staying nimble. At Trevi, we will tackle these challenges like all others we face as a start-up biotech company, bringing our innovation, teamwork and strong execution. To our employees, thank you. I am so proud of how you have all adapted and supported each other. On behalf of my col - leagues, we wish to thank all the doctors, nurses and other front-line workers that risk their own safety to care for us. Thank you! The whole state appreciates what you are doing. Together, we will make our way to the shore — on the other side of this crisis. Stay well. Jennifer Good President & CEO
