Heon, who has extensive experience in resort operations, most recently served as general manager of Wildcat Mountain in New Hampshire. Colby College in Waterville hired Eric Harlow as head coach of its men's and women's alpine skiing. Harlow, cur- rently director of alpine programs at Sugar Bowl Academy in Lake Tahoe, has 20 years of experience coaching elite athletes who have consistently excelled at junior levels, top-ranked NCAA teams, the U.S. Ski Team and international teams. OTELCO, a wireline telecommunications services company in New Gloucester, hired Lukas Mills as an ISP engineering manager in Portland. Mills was previ- ously with Spectrum Cable. Gulf of Maine Research Institute in Portland hired Maggie Roudsari as chief development officer. Roudsari was previously assistant director of advancement at the South Carolina Aquarium in Charleston, S.C. The Episcopal Diocese of Maine in Portland hired Katie Clark as direc- tor of communica- tions. Clark has a background in communications, content marketing, social media and market research. MDI Biological Laboratory in Bar Harbor hired Prayag Murawala as an assistant profes- sor. Murawala is currently a post- doctoral fellow at the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology in Vienna, Austria. The AARP Maine State Office in Portland hired Bridget Quinn as associate state director for advo- cacy and outreach. Quinn previously worked with AARP New Jersey in outreach and advocacy initiatives. Harriman, an architecture, engineer- ing and planning firm in Auburn promoted Mark Lee to CEO and Jim Fortin to COO, effective June 1. Lee, a structural engineer and architect, joined the firm in 1996 while Fortin, a licensed profes- sional engineer who is certified by the Structural Engineering Certification Board, has been with the firm for 15 years.
