Tetzlaff, who joined the company six years ago, was previously a senior account manager. Gov. Janet Mills promoted Peter Rogers to director of the Maine Emergency Management Agency. Rogers previously served as acting director since June 2019, his second stint in the position, and as deputy director since 2014. Bar Harbor Savings and Loan Association promoted Dawn Nason to compliance officer. Nason most recently served as accounting associate. Geiger, a promotional products distribu- tor in Lewiston, promoted Scott Smith to program manager. Smith had been an assistant program manager in Corporate Programs since 2016. Milliken, an attorney and licensed auctioneer, is co-owner of the fine art auction house Barridoff Galleries in South Portland. Marjorie Wiggins, chief nursing officer at MaineHealth, was elected as a prac- tice representative to the American Association of Colleges of Nursing board of directors. Wiggins has 30 years of experience in nursing practice and leadership. Clark Insurance in Portland announced that Deb Wentworth was elected to its board of directors. Wentworth is a vice president of business insurance and employee benefit services at the agency.
