Learn to convey your thoughts and ideas through stories to increase meaning, understanding and recall with your team. Don't just talk to them, tell them a story. Advice to Maine's next generation of business leaders: Learn people's names and make sure they feel special as you grow your firm. What's next: Making sure the next generation of leadership is being developed to take our firm to new levels as a fully integrated national firm. We have expanded to 32 offices from Bangor to San Diego. We need to continue to grow while sustaining our culture, and learn how to embrace the incredible digital transformation of our business.
