The sale was also a meeting of like interests: The buyer was next- door neighbor Portland Museum of Art. Built in 1972, it's home to the Bangor Daily News and UBS, and, when renovations are complete, the headquarters of CES Inc., which plans to move there from Brewer. The rapidly growing seafood-delivery company Maine Lobster Now, currently in Portland, bought this industrial property for expansion and vertical integration. This property and another at 29 Sanford Dr. in Gorham set record- high prices per square foot for owner-occupied industrial buildings in Saco and Gorham, said Justin Lamontagne from NAI The Dunham Group, who brokered both deals.
