eb Neuman has served as President and CEO of the
Bangor Region Chamber of Commerce since 2016.
She previously served as Deputy Commissioner
for Maine's Department of Economic and Community
Development, as Director of the Upstart Center at the
University of Maine, and as a small business lender and
advisor with the Eastern Maine Development Corporation
and Washington Hancock Community Agency. In addition
to being a former business owner, Deb has advocated on
behalf of small businesses through her work in media.
She created the "Back to Business" radio show on WVOM,
producing more than 100 episodes. She makes regular
appearances on radio and TV offering business advice.
She has written business feature stories for publications
including the Bangor Daily News, Maine Edge, Coffee News
and Bangor Metro Magazine.
