Amano earned his medical degree from UMass Medical School and completed both a dermatology residency program and a dermatopathology fellowship at the medical school. Jalnapurkar earned her medical degree from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College in India, completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at UMass Medical School. Jalnapurkar specializes in outpatient general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry at the Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders at the UMass Memorial Medical Center on the University Campus, and also practices outpatient psychiatry at Community Healthlink in Leominster. Patel earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania, completed an internal medicine residency program at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, and an allergy/immunology fellowship program at Boston University Medical Center. Patel specializes in pulmonary/allergy/critical care medicine at the UMass Memorial Medical Center on the University Campus. LUCY VAN LAARHOVEN of Southborough has joined the Westborough tax accounting firm AAFCPAs as a consulting CFO. She joins the firm's managed accounting solutions practice and is a senior executive- level member of the practice's multi- functional team providing outsourced CFO oversight and strategic planning. KEVIN HARRIS of Framingham has joined ERA Key Realty Services of Northbridge as manager of its Marlborough office. Harris founded and later sold two data protection businesses: AmeriVault, which he started in Waltham in 1998 and NextVault in Middleborough in 2010. He began a career in real estate in 2014 after selling three of his properties, and later worked with Realty Executives Boston West, Century 21 Commonwealth and Black Horse Real Estate. Bethany Hill Place, a human services residential center in Framingham, has named KARIN PLUMADORE of Natick and BRANDALE RANDOLPH of Framingham to its board of trustees. Plumadore is the employment and human resources information system manager at Regis College in Weston. She has a bachelor's degree in English from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, N.Y., and a master's degree in English literature from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, N.Y. Randolph is the CEO of 1854 Cycling Co. in Framingham, which he founded in 2016 to create living-wage employment for the formerly incarcerated, particularly women. He was educated at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has lectured about social entrepreneurship at colleges including Harvard and Northeastern universities. Dr. THOMAS ROSENFELD, Dr. SUZANNE GILMAN and Dr. YE LI have joined Reliant Medical Group. Rosenfeld, a dermatologist, received his doctorate from the Medical College of Virginia, and completed his residencies at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York and Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence. He has been practicing in Worcester since 1983. Gilman, a rheumatologist, received her doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis, completed her internship and residency at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, and a fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine. Li received her doctorate from UMass Medical School and completed her internship and residency at Kent Hospital in Rhode Island. They are now seeing patients at Reliant's 5 Neponset St. office in Worcester. CINDY CASSATA is the new assistant vice president for product solutions and design at Activer Solutions, a Marlborough outsourcing firm for property and casualty insurance. Cassata has more than 25 years of experience in the industry and most recently worked as project manager for Carpe Data in California.
