E N V I R O N M E N TA L AWA R E N E S S : We invest in state-of-the-art Engel injection molding machines with high-efficiency, low-emission Eco-Drive technology. This results in a significant decrease in energy consumption and drastically lowers our carbon footprint. In 2018, we installed a cutting-edge variable frequency drive screw compressor that uses plant process water for cooling. Not only does this lower energy consumption, but since plant process water is used for heating in the winter months, the residual heat from the compressor will also heat our facility in the winter. We recently upgraded our lighting system to a high-efficiency LED system both inside and outside the facility that drastically reduces energy consumption.
