"There are so many
opportunities within a
manufacturing facility to gain experience
and pursue a career. There is production,
administration, HR, Quality, Logistics,
R&D, all working together for a common
goal. You can learn many valuable skills
and develop as a professional in the
workforce while being paid to do so. I
would highly recommend a career in
manufacturing to both those with a
college degree or those just
out of high school and looking
for some real experience."
Why would you encourage someone
to consider a career in manufacturing?
"The people that make up our team.
Each day is unique and full of new
challenges. Everyone's willingness to work
together and help regardless of the situation
has been second to none. You truly are part of a
team here, which has helped lead to
continued growth of our customers
and our business."
"It's a small company but we are
always growing. I like
that my actions have an impact on
the business."
