Lindt has demonstrated to me that if you work hard, it pays off. Another thing that is cool is that Lindt has mentors that provide advice and support… my mentors guided me along my development path and helped me to be successful." "If you are the type of person who loves to grow professionally, I think manufacturing is the right place to be. Lindt is an Advanced Manufacturing Company that invests a lot of money to train their employees. This training opens doors and multiple career paths for employees who work here. In addition, Lindt offers great benefits such as our 100 percent tuition reimbursement program which helps employees to graduate from college without taking on any debt… it is a priceless benefit." What is the coolest thing about your job/company? Why would you encourage someone to consider a career in manufacturing? Carlos Henriquez, Technician, is a key individual in keeping the packaging lines running smoothly every day. At our last annual Company Party, Carlos was the lucky winner of an all-inclusive paid trip to Aruba! Lindt's Volunteer Program enabled Sheri Picone, Supply Chain Compliance Specialist, to volunteer at Camp Fatima during Exceptional Citizens Week. Celia Lopez, Pack Department, started as a temporary employee and worked her way up to a Lead position where she now oversees an entire packing line. Lindt USA was recognized as one of the best companies in New Hampshire to work for in 2019! Eduardo Martinez POSITION: Production Supervisor VIDEO LINK SEE P AGE 7
