"In one word, it would be the
environment. Although we are
part of a network of sister companies and
parent companies that extend to Japan,
the environment that is experienced
on a daily basis is relatable to a family
business. I have a background in this on
a personal level as my father and mother
operate a family business. In watching
them and how they treat their employees
you would think that they were their
own children. It is that level of care and
compassion that is exhibited on a daily
basis with GSSI, which is
comprised of more than 80
employees."
