For example: a color-coded barcode CryoLabel TM that sticks to frozen test tubes, withstanding cryogenic temperatures. Also, our EnduraLabels stick to grimy, oily surfaces, withstanding abuse and exposure to various destructive elements. Our focus is on the manufacturing, warehousing, and laboratory markets. Our customers include small research facilities, universities, as well as large e-commerce sites. Our Label Experts wear many hats. The production team includes press operators, planning and purchasing agents, digital designers, and shipping and receiving personnel. We also have jobs in product development, customer service, sales, marketing, IT, HR, and accounting. We are always looking for great people to add to our team. Innovations in technology have increased our ability to print in higher resolution, allowing us to offer smaller barcodes and better-quality images. We've also been able to utilize internal programming development to streamline our processes. We offer 50 percent tuition reimbursement for full-time employees as well as a gym membership reimbursement. We also have a babies-at-work program for eligible employees. We are actively involved in various community initiatives. Our favorite is the annual Day of Caring with our local United Way. We make a continuous effort to evaluate new ways we can be environmentally friendly and are exploring ways we can become more involved with sustainability efforts both in New Hampshire and our industry. Customers will come to us with unique applications that we don't already have a product for. Instead of turning them away we work with them and create a new product that will fulfill their needs. We send them different prototypes to test and then make changes as we get feedback. This also gives us the opportunity to build stronger relationships with both our customers and our suppliers." " I would encourage someone to get a job in manufacturing because there is and always will be a need for employees in that career path. It is really cool to work somewhere where you see a product start as just an idea and then see it as a finished tangible item ready to be sold." What is the coolest thing about your job/company? Why would you encourage someone to consider a career in manufacturing?
