Ongoing conservation measures include recycling all scrap material. Sustainability is a commitment to our customers, employees and community. I started in the finish department when I was hired and moved to installing hoists on truck bodies shortly after. After a year installing hoists and training other employees in the hoist department I moved to the Upfit department. I love working at F3 MFG they have given great opportunity that I can't find anywhere else. One of the owners, Joyce saw the potential I had and continued to work with me.
