Pauquette brings more than six years of experience originating loans in the mortgage business at firms including Leader Mortgage Co., which merged with Leader Bank in Arlington. Before switching careers, she worked in a law firm for 10 years after earning a pre-law degree at UMass Amherst. Cutler Capital Management, a Worcester investment firm, has hired BILL FEINGOLD as a senior convertible analyst and BRYAN R. LEGAULT as a client service associate. Feingold's role at Cutler Capital includes providing research and analysis of the U.S. convertible market. He is an author of three books on convertibles and the financial PAUQUETTE markets, and he has an MBA in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor's degree in economics from Yale University. Legault previously served as an investment specialist at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Maine. JOHN BRISBOIS, a principal at the Sullivan Insurance Group of Worcester, has been appointed to the executive committee and in charge of programming at The Venture Forum, a Worcester nonprofit aimed at helping entrepreneurs. Brisbois has served as the president of the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce and held leadership roles with Heywood Hospital, Mount Wachusett Community College Foundation and the United Way of North Central Massachusetts. ALEX ZEQUEIRA of Worcester has been appointed to the Quinsigamond Community College board of trustees. DAVID GRANT is the new chief marketing officer at Nasuni, a cloud computing company with offices in Marlborough and Boston. Grant has more than 20 years of marketing experience at software companies including VMware and joins Nasuni from Switzerland-based Veeam Software, where he was the senior vice president of global marketing. MutualOne Bank in Framingham has promoted four employees. BRIEN MAGINNIS of Bourne has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer. Maginnis joined the bank in 2011 and most recently served as senior vice president and controller. He holds a bachelor's degree from McDaniel College in Maryland and is a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies. KEVIN CHANDLEY of Natick has been promoted to senior vice president and treasurer. Chandley joined the bank in 2012 and most recently served as vice president.
