he Worcester area is truly blessed in many ways. The unemployment rate sits at 3.3
percent as of June 2019, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). The
housing market is fairly robust; Redfin reports that the average home price in
Worcester has increased 10 percent since last year to $271,000 and typically sells
for 1.3 percent over list price within seven days.
