Sustain a leadership position in providing high-quality early education and care programs for children that are research-based, successfully implemented, and culturally appropriate. 2. Elevate the community's understanding of the importance of early learning for all children as a valuable economic investment. 3. Continue to foster family engagement through continuous and systematic opportunities. 4. Offer industry competitive compensation and benefits in order to retain and increase our skilled and committed workforce. 5. Uphold Rainbow Child Development Center's high standards associated with the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accreditation, Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) Standards, and MA Curriculum Frameworks. 6. Implement best practices and principles to promote and integrate social and emotional wellness for children and families. Integrate holistic wellness principles into Rainbow's early childhood curriculum. Implement supplemental programs to increase children's resilience and develop lifelong strategies to maintain their mental health. • Sponsor a family-friendly event for Rainbow's children and parents, i.e., ice cream social or cookout for Rainbow's children and their families • Sponsor Rainbow Child Development Center's Annual Golf Tournament • Designate a donation to continue Rainbow CDC's STEAM, literacy, speech and/or healthy lifestyle initiatives Rainbow Child Development Center's administration and staff welcomes, encourages volunteers. Rainbow's volunteers are vital and have a positive impact on hundreds of low-income children.
