If someone chooses to visit a branch, our website or use CSB's mobile app, we always want to provide simple, convenient and helpful bank- ing solutions that allow for a great experience. The hybrid approach of combining technological accessibil- ity along with personal service has and will continue to be at the forefront of serving the needs of our community. The interior lay-out of our Bolton and Sterling branches were re-designed to facilitate our Relationship Bankers' ability to quickly assist people and increase efficiencies that is well- matched to meet the needs of a busy schedule. Everything we do is done with the privacy and security of customers' information in mind to ensure that they and/or their business bank with ease and peace of mind. Services, such as CardValet, that empower customers to have the con- trol to turn their debit card off should they misplace it, add an extra layer of protection on their account. A text security system we implemented alerts consumers of transactions that seem out of the ordinary and allows them to validate or decline it via text, offering timely fraud protection. For com- mercial business customers, we provide cash management solutions that are convenient, secure and help to streamline certain business operations. Providing additional convenience, CSB offers mobile wallet compatibility. By linking their CSB Debit Card to Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay, customers can use their smart- phones to pay at retail stores, restaurants or any physical loca- tion that accepts mobile payment, expediting the payment process and enhancing security. In today's world of expediency, we know that people seek immediate access to information and solutions. That's why in the 4th quarter of 2018, Clinton Savings Bank rebuilt its web- site to be even more intuitive and fully responsive. Whether someone is looking for educational material, to open a person- al deposit account or even apply for a loan, the menu option functionality directs visitors quickly to the content most rele- vant to their needs. The site deploys a new way of positioning information on the home page that mirrors a life stage path of financial milestones as well as Blogs that speak to banking questions that we all encounter in business and in life. Coupled with the new website, we launched an online only savings product, CSB's eXPERIENCE Online Savings Account, which is a high-yielding account that can be quickly opened and maintained solely online. Listening to and understanding the needs of our customers are also vital to the development of our loan products. As such, a fixed rate conversion option was added to our Home Equity Line of Credit in order to provide stability by helping our cus- tomers afford changes that occur in life. On the commercial lending side, options like our Guidance Line of Credit allow custom financing to help buy equipment or upgrade facilities. At the heart of our Bank is the mission to make a positive difference in the lives of our customers. We consider being rated five stars by Bauer Financial a testimonial to our credit- ability which has earned us the trust of our customers as reflected by being voted the #1 financial institution according to the recent Best of Item Readers Poll. Clinton Savings Bank's entire staff is grateful to our custom- ers and local businesses for entrusting us with their financial needs. We are also proud and thankful for our dedicated employees who work tirelessly to improve the lives of everyone in our community. n Clinton Savings Bank Street Address: Main Office - 200 Church Street, Clinton, MA Phone Number: 978-365-3700 Website: www.clintonsavings.com Product or Service Description: Community Bank Number of Employees: 104 Head of Company and Title: Robert J.
