Origis Energy, the Miami firm leasing 15 Chocksett Road, reached an agreement early last year with Sterling to build a 4,000-solar panel facility, which includes an energy storage facility. The Trolley Yard development on the former WRTA operations center is a bet the retail corridor along Gold Star Boulevard, West Boylston Street and Grove Street has more room to grow at a time when retailers have often struggled.
