Ascentria Care Alliance in March named Jeanette Wade, the former finance chief of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Technology Services and Security, as it new chief financial officer. Seven Hills Foundation purchased the former Honey Farms headquarters on Pleasant Street in Worcester last year and renovated the building for use as a family services and education center. Spectrum in May created a new position to oversee the organization's Adolescent and Peer Services division. Mark Brown, a 22-year employee, will now oversee Spectrum's residential adolescent programs and three peer recovery centers for adults in Worcester, Marlborough and Lawrence.
