Portfolio of York Co. townhouses sells for $4M Multi-unit residential properties have been getting greater attention from investors, as evidenced by a deal that closed recently. Complexes with 63 townhouse units in five locations in York County were sold to an undisclosed buyer by A&S Apartments for $4.23 million. e units are located near each other in Hollis, at 277 Little Falls Road, 98 Bean St., 840 Hollis Road, 783 Hollis Road and 270 Bar Mills Road. omas Gadbois and David Jones of F.O. Capital One buys Portland credit financing firm BlueTarp Financial, a Portland-based supplier of business-to-business credit financing services to small and medium-sized building-supply companies, is revving up for further growth under Capital One Financial Corp. (NYSE: COF). e McLean, Va.-based financial holding company announced June 21 it was acquiring BlueTarp in a deal due to close in the third quarter. Financial terms were not disclosed. For the time being, it will continue to operate as BlueTarp, though that may change later. All 165 BlueTarp employees, including the management team, will become Capital One employees. BlueTarp, founded in 1999, had been backed by venture capital and private equity investors.
