Hospital - Wallingford Outpatient Care - Wallingford Physical Therapy - Cheshire, North Haven I t was a little bit of a gamble when the Hamden Regional Chamber decided to incorporate its 15th annual Business & Community Expo within a larger shindig — Hamden Fest, which on June 1 drew some 10,000 visitors to Hamden Town Center Park. Happy Together in Hamden Business exhibitors were unanimously approving of the switcheroo, and traffic was steady throughout an overcast but dry aernoon at the end of a week marked by downpours of nearly biblical proportions.
