What advice would you give to up-and-coming business professionals? Always give more than is expected of you. Learn as much as you can and gain all the knowledge to take you to the next level. Take on the additional project even if it isn't required. Learn from everyone in the organization and ask lots of questions. What interesting/unusual characteristic about you don't most people know? You learn from every experience and never know who you will meet and/or impress along the way with your dedication and work ethic. Walking the talk: Colleagues know I usually suggest a 'walk and talk' for meetings, so they usually come prepared with walking shoes when they meet me. I also lead a pretty fabulous Zumba dance party!
