Roccapriore was previously part of the audit staff at blumshapiro. John Shanley was hired at Farmington investment advisory firm Connecticut Wealth Management as a financial advisor. Shanley was previously a financial advisor at Pinnacle Investment Management in Simsbury. At Connecticut Wealth Management, he will work with clients to help determine their financial goals and develop their financial plans. Payrailz, a digital payments company based in Glastonbury, announced the hiring of Jean Kaye as vice president of project management and Denise Delisle as vice president of payment operations. Kaye has held leadership roles in areas such as project management, operations, information technology and finance. She will be responsible for delivering project roadmap and development plans for Payrailz. Delisle previously worked at BillMo, a U.S.-based company that offers a low-cost money transfer and mobile wallet application. At Payrailz, she will lead the company's payment processing, account reconciliation and biller/vendor management. Adria Giordano was named president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals' Connecticut chapter. Giordano previously worked as director of development at Hartford human- services nonprofit Chrysalis Center. Richard A. Sears has joined Glastonbury architecture firm SLAM Collaborative as project manager of the firm's Healthcare Studio. Prior to joining SLAM, he served as a senior project manager for Baystate Health, a healthcare system in western Massachusetts. At SLAM, he will be responsible for the planning, design and construction of complex building types, especially hospitals and outpatient facilities. Jane Milas and Meryl Mallery have joined the board of trustees at Connecticut Science Center in Hartford. Milas is the managing director of Garcia & Milas P.C. Mallery is the vice president of engineering at Ensign- Bickford Aerospace & Defense. John Clough was promoted to sales manager at Merrill Industries Inc., a packaging company in Ellington. Clough joined Merrill in the summer of 2017, and has served as an account representative. He came to Merrill after 38 years at International Paper Co. Carolyn Trotta has returned to Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development, a Westbrook-based real estate firm serving central and eastern Connecticut, as a broker and associate. Trotta worked for Lyman from 2006 to 2010, before moving to England. In her new position, Trotta will focus on Connecticut's northeastern corner. Gene Goddard has joined the MetroHartford Alliance, which promotes economic development in the Greater Hartford region, as chief business investment officer. Goddard most recently worked as senior vice president and consultant, housing and senior VP/consultant, economic development for Springsted, a municipal advisory firm in St. Paul, Minn. He has about 28 years of economic- development experience at the local, regional and state level. Teodoro Anderson Diaz has joined Wheeler, a Hartford family health and wellness center, as vice president of adult behavioral health services. Diaz previously served as the director of behavioral health for First Choice Health Centers, where he managed high- performing intervention and outreach programs. At Wheeler he will oversee the clinic's mental-health and substance-abuse recovery services, intervention and community-justice programs. Zsoka McDonald was hired as vice president of corporate communications at AVANGRID Inc., an Orange-based utility. McDonald previously was vice president of corporate communications for liquor distributor Diageo's North American business.
