Novin is the founder and managing partner of Kincade Communications, a North Carolina-based strategic communications and executive advisory consultancy. Glastonbury digital marketing agency Cronin & Co LLC has announced six new hires. Brighid Docherty of Manchester joined the agency's creative team as a studio designer; Christine Arens O'Halloran of Hartford joined the agency's media and analytics team as a media and analytics manager; Molly Corry of New Britain joined the agency's media and analytics team as a digital media strategist; Amanda Haley of Colchester joined the agency's media and analytics team as a digital media and analytics associate; Colleen Page of Middletown joined the agency's brand strategy and management team as a senior brand manager; Jack Templeton of Hamden joined the agency's media and analytics team as an ad operations and analytics associate. Dr. Jessica Clement has joined the Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute as a medical oncologist. Clement has worked in central Connecticut since 2010 at UConn Health. She will see patients at the new Hartford HealthCare location in Manchester. Sandra D. Dawson has joined the government finance practice of law firm Pullman & Comley LLC. Dawson will represent municipalities, state agencies, special taxing and special service districts, underwriters, banks, trustees, and liquidity providers in tax-exempt and taxable bond financing transactions. She will be based in the firm's Hartford office. Kelsie C. Leon has been named an associate in Hartford law firm Hinckley Allen's trusts and estates group. Leon will focus on trusts and estates, including advising and representing fiduciaries in moderate to complex probate, estate and trust administration matters. She is a member of the Fairfield County Bar Association and Connecticut Bar Association. Shannon Tighe has been named director of clinical operations for outpatient psychiatric clinics run by the Bridge Family Center Inc., a West Hartford nonprofit. Tighe previously worked at La Frontera Center Inc. in Arizona, rising to the level of supervisor of crisis and inpatient services. In her new position, she will be responsible for the overall operations of Bridge Family Center clinics including staffing, compliance, licensing and regulation, revenue management and improved efficiencies. Barbara G. DeMaio was selected as interim executive director of Auerfarm 4-H Education Center in Bloomfield, which teaches children about agriculture. DeMaio last worked as CEO of Solutions By Design LLC, a Virginia- based IT company. She will serve as executive director while officials at Auerfarm 4-H search for someone to permanently fill the position.
