Murphy joined the credit union in 2012 in commercial lending. Russell has been with Credit One since 2006 as a branch manager in Auburn. Credit One has also named JILL ROGERS compliance manager. She joins Credit One with more than nine years of experience representing financial institutions in breach of contract cases and debt collection proceedings. She has a law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. DEVON KURTZ has been named the executive director of the Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor in Worcester. Kurtz, who joined the corridor in 2014, had been serving in the role in an interim capacity. He previously served as the director of public programs at the Higgins Armory Museum in Worcester, and held roles at the Concord Museum and Old Sturbridge Village. The corridor has also appointed three new members to its board of directors: ROBERT DANDRADE, THOMAS KRAVITZ and YVONNE CHITA. DIANA CARAGACIANU is the new medical director of the Breast Center at Milford Regional Hospital. Caragacianu was most recently the site director at MedStar Health at Lafayette Centre in Washington, D.C. Her training includes fellowships in surgical oncology at the National Cancer Institute and in breast surgery at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/ Harvard Medical School. JOHN MARTIN has joined the residential lending division of Envision Bank as a senior mortgage loan originator. Martin, of Grafton, works out of the bank's Westborough branch. For 15 years, Martin owned HomeQuest Mortgage in Grafton, managing its daily operations and serving clients. He has an accounting and finance degree from Assumption College in Worcester. COURTNEY HARRIS has joined Worcester law firm Fletcher Tilton in its business and corporate department. Harris specializes in business and transactional matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financings, recapitalizations, joint ventures and other commercial transactions. He received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law and joins Fletcher Tilton from a New York City law firm where he worked for more than a decade. MICHAEL G. NICKEY has been appointed to fill a new role of vice president of state programs for Fallon Health in Worcester, which includes oversight of Fallon's participation in the state's accountable care organization program. Nickey joined Fallon in 2013 from CVS Caremark, where he was the Medicaid strategist. He has more than 15 years of experience in health care, and holds a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, a master's from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. UniBank has hired two new vice presidents. CHERIE LISEE has joined Whitinsville- based UniBank as vice president, compliance and risk manager and privacy officer. Lisee, of Somerville, worked most recently for Santander Bank. She has a bachelor's degree in international business and finance from Bryant University in Rhode Island and a law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. KATHLEEN DEVITO of Grafton has joined UniBank as vice president and director of marketing. She has more than 15 years of experience in marketing leadership and joins the bank from Texas-based CLEAResult Consulting. She has a bachelor's degree from Framingham State University. Oriol Health Care has hired two new staffers. KRISTIN MONGEON of Auburn is the new admissions clinical liaison for Oriol's Holden and Oakdale nursing centers. Mongeon graduated from nursing school at Worcester Technical Institute and has worked in healthcare admissions for more than 15 years. DAVID HOULE KURTZ M OV E R S & S H A K E R S of Worcester has joined Oriol's inpatient and outpatient therapy teams in Holden and West Boylston. He has more than 26 years of physical therapy experience, including short-term rehab and clinical education. ALFRED PHILLIPS has joined the Nashoba Valley Medical Center staff as a podiatrist and is accepting patients at 190 Groton Road in Ayer. He is board certified in foot surgery and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. He completed a residency in surgery at Northlake Regional Medical Center in Georgia and attended medical school at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. JOEY A. RIVERA and XUAN KONG have joined the board of directors of the Discovery Museum in Acton. Rivera is a director of finance at utility National Grid. He has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in finance from Indiana University. Kong is the chief data scientist at NeuroMetrix in Waltham. He received his PhD from Johns Hopkins University in Maryland and his MBA from Boston University. JOHN V. CHISHOLM III has joined Reliant Medical Group's family medicine department and is accepting patients at Reliant's 5 Neponset St. office in Worcester. Chisholm most recently practiced as a family physician in Vermont. He has a medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Vermont. JOYCE BELL and SCOTT HORN have joined the executive leadership team at PrismHR, a human relations software maker in Hopkinton. Bell has been appointed chief financial officer, joining PrismHR from Brand Networks, where she was CFO. She has both a bachelor's degree and MBA from Babson College in Wellesley. Horn joins PrismHR as chief marketing officer from [24]7.ai, a provider of chatbots for customer care and selling. He has a bachelor's degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Bowdoin Construction Corp. of Needham has hired TOM DUBE of Sterling as vice president to start and lead a new satellite office in Worcester. Dube joins Bowdoin from Green Leaf Construction in Leominster, where he was a founding member and chief operations officer. He was also the vice president of preconstruction and business development at JM Coull in Maynard and director of operations at Cutler Associates in Worcester. R.H. White Companies, a construction services and utility management firm in Auburn, has hired JOHN STAMATOV as operations manager in its utility construction division. Stamatov, who has more than 30 years of capital project planning and management experience, joins R.H. White from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where as a director he managed capital projects and infrastructure practice. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Vermont and an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston. GREGORY FISCHER, a mechanical engineering professor at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, has been elected a senior member of the National Academy of Inventors. Senior members are active faculty members, scientists, and administrators from NAI member institutions who have demonstrated success with patents, licensing, and commercialization. Fischer joined the WPI faculty in 2008 and is the director of WPI's Automation and Interventional Medicine Robotics Research Laboratory. He has received more than $8 million in the past decade from the National Science Foundation and the National Institutes of Health for his research. MICHAEL RANDONE of Auburn has joined Notre Dame Health Care in Worcester as director of mission integration to provide direction to employees in the areas of mission, ethics, spiritual integration and cultural awareness. He was most recently the chaplain at Notre Dame's St. Julie Billiart Residential Care Center in Ipswich. He has a bachelor's degree in sociology from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. JESSICA STRUNKIN has joined MassDevelopment as senior vice president of Devens as the state agency's lead person with oversight of Devens' public safety, public works, recreation and utilities.
