Prior to Monta- chusett, Richard- son was the chief business officer at Anna Maria College in Paxton. She holds a bachelor's degree in management from UMass Dartmouth, a master's degree in business adminis- tration from Nichols College in Dudley and a certificate of advanced studies in business from Anna Maria College.
