CHRIS NAFF of Millbury has joined the Worcester commercial real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowsky's brokerage team as an associate. Naff previously served as a mortgage advisor assistant at Security First Mortgage Funding in Worcester and as an agent at EXIT Beacon Pointe Realty in Northborough. Naff has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida Atlantic University and is a member of the Millbury Board of Selectmen. MATTHEW ROCHEFORT has joined the Brigham & Women's Thoracic Surgery practice at Milford Regional Medical Center. Rochefort graduated from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed his residency in general surgery and a research residency in surgical oncology at the University of California Los Angeles. He is an instructor in thoracic surgery at Harvard Medical School in Boston. KATHY FITZGIBBON of Milford has been promoted to assistant vice president for administration and marketing at Homefield Credit Union in Grafton. In her new role, she is responsible for coordination of marketing activities and acts as the principal liaison to the board of directors. She previously worked at the former Framingham Savings Bank as a human resources and payroll coordinator. HAL BLENKHORN is the new general manager for the Franklin operations for medical device contract manufacturer Tegra Medical. He is responsible for the local management team and plant operations. Blenkhorn joined Tegra Medical in 2006 as a manufacturing engineer and was promoted to manufacturing engineering director in 2011. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical design technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. ROSIE GALLANT is the new director of employer engagement at Clark University in Worcester. In the newly created position, Gallant cultivates and stewards relationships with nationally and globally- recognized companies to increase internship and employment opportunities for Clark students. Gallant, of Woodstock, Conn., most recently served as director of programs for reSET in Hartford. She earned her bachelor's degree at the University of Connecticut. BARBARA A. MAHONEY has been promoted to chief operating officer at Leominster Credit Union. Mahoney, of Leominster, has been with Leominster Credit Union for more than 15 years, most recently serving as senior vice president of human resources. In her new role, she continues to manager the human resources department and facilities department and adds oversight of information technology and operations. TAMARA LUNDI is the new executive vice president at Community Healthlink in Worcester. She was previously the center's chief of staff. Before joining Community Healthlink, Lundi was an administrative fellow at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester. She has a master's degree in social work and a master's degree of health administration from The Ohio State University. MATTHEW GOLDSTEIN of Worcester has been promoted to supervisor at S&G LLP, a Worcester certified public accounting and business development firm. As supervisor, Goldstein assists partners in practice development and administration, and develops and trains team accountants. Goldstein joined S&G in 2008 as a team accountant and was promoted to client relationship manager in 2013. He has a bachelor's degree from Bentley University in Waltham and is completing his MBA from Nichols College in Dudley. MATTHEW T. FRANCIS has joined UniBank as assistant vice president and relationship branch manager of the bank's Uxbridge branch. In this role, he is responsible for operations, and growth and development of consumer and business relations for the branch. Francis has over 12 years of retail management experience, having worked most recently for Citizens Bank as a business relationship manager and small business relationship banker. He holds a bachelor's degree in professional writing from Fitchburg State University and an associate degree from Mount Wachusett Community College. MICHELE HAZELHURST has been promoted to assistant vice president and the branch manager of Clinton Savings Bank's Boylston location. Hazelhurst's roles include managing the branch's staff, operations and business development, along with developing customer relations. She's been with Clinton Savings Bank since 2014. AIDEN HORGAN of Fitchburg is the new member services specialist for the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce, with responsibilities including helping to raise the chamber's visibility and educating businesses in the region about the chamber's service offerings. He has a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in business administration from Fitchburg State University. PAMELA J. CUTLER of Spencer is the new vice president and operations manager at Clinton Savings Bank. She is responsible for management of all aspects of deposit operations, card and ATM services, retirement services and other initiatives. She was previously the assistant vice president of e-banking at UniBank in Whitinsville. She has a bachelor's degree in business management from Westfield State University.
