Nardi will serve as project architect. He joined the firm in 2009 and was named associate in 2016. Cleveland established and built the firm's interior-design group over the last 10 years. Holly Callanan has been appointed the 2019 association executives liaison for the Connecticut REALTORS, a professional trade organization. Callahan is chief executive of the Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS. She previously served as CEO of the Ridgefield Board of REALTORS from 2012 to 2017, and serves on the legislative and political affairs committee. Andrew T. Olivastro has launched ATO Strategies, a communications and public affairs firm, based in Farmington. Olivastro most recently led United Technologies Corp.'s global executive and employee communications teams as well as UTC's community affairs and philanthropy portfolio. Hartford accounting and IT consulting firm Whittlesey has named Edward Engberg and Thomas Goldfuss directors of its leadership team. Engberg joined the firm in 2006 and has over 12 years of service with a concentration in assurance and advisory services for nonprofit, real estate and manufacturing clients. Goldfuss has worked for Whittlesey for 11 years, and specializes in assurance and advisory services to nonprofit, credit union, medical and real estate clients. Maura Fitzgerald Downes has been named senior vice president of McDowell Jewett Communications, a Hartford public relations firm. Downes has been involved in Connecticut public affairs as a public information officer, public relations consultant and communications advisor to top elected officials for more than 20 years. She previously worked as director of communications for the Connecticut Department of Public Health. Scott Blois was hired as senior vice president, commercial lending at Ion Bank, a Naugatuck-based bank with an office in Farmington. Blois previously worked 15 years for Farmington Bank as senior vice president, commercial lending team leader. In his new position, he will work closely with local businesses to develop and expand commercial relationships with new and existing customers. Edward J. Heath was elected president and board of directors chairman of Greater Hartford Legal Aid (GHLA), a legal aid organization serving residents of Hartford County. Heath is an attorney at Robinson+Cole in Hartford, and serves as chair of the firm's business litigation group and leads its government enforcement and corporate compliance teams. Mark Maybury has joined the board of directors of The Mark Twain House & Museum in Hartford. Maybury is Stanley Black and Decker's first chief technology officer. Michael Trinks has been promoted to partner at Fiondella, Milone & LaSaracina, a Glastonbury-based accounting and advisory firm. Trinks joined the firm in 2003, and most recently worked as director of assurance and advisory services. Prior to joining Fiondella, Trinks was an accounting manager at Cigna.
