Elsden has served as Enfield's acting town attorney since September. She has served as an assistant town attorney since 1990. Dara Macchi has joined East Hartford-based American Eagle Financial Credit Union as vice president of marketing. Frank E. Rudewicz was appointed a senior partner, counsel and member of the leadership team of West Hartford accounting and consulting firm blumshapiro. Rudewicz previously served as a principal, counsel and partner-in-charge of forensic services at Marcum LLP. In his new position, Rudewicz will lead blumshapiro's litigation team. Dan McConaghy has joined Consigli Construction Co. Inc.'s Hartford office as district area manager for Southern New England. McConaghy has 30 years of construction industry experience developing and overseeing business operations, client relationships and strategic-growth initiatives in the academic and healthcare markets. At Consigli, he will oversee the firm's Connecticut office and expand its regional business growth. Amy Enright has joined ChangeInc, a Middletown- based homecare and behavioral- health services company, as director of talent acquisition. Enright previously worked as a staffing manager for a regional healthcare facility. Anthony J. Mascaro Jr. was hired as chief financial officer at Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Hartford. Mascaro previously worked as treasurer and chief financial officer of Delta Projects Inc., a nonprofit serving adults with intellectual disabilities. Peter S. Blasone has joined Hartford law firm Murtha Cullina LLP as executive director. Blasone has more than 20 years of finance and executive leadership experience in the legal industry. He most recently served as executive director of Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass LLP in New York. Linda Andrew has been promoted to portfolio manager at YHB Investment Advisors Inc., an independent investment advisory firm located in West Hartford Center. Andrew joined YHB in 2016 as an assistant portfolio manager and has extensive experience in investments and accounting, having worked for professional service, corporate and nonprofit organizations. Cindy Panioto has been promoted at and Ashley T. Spring has joined the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA). Panioto is now director of membership and business development. In this position, she oversees the continued growth and retention of CTCPA membership, coordinates select committee, regional, and chapter activities, and develops new member-benefit programs and resources for members. Spring previously worked as director of events with Event Management LLC. As CTCPA's inaugural professional- development manager, she oversees the CTCPA professional development conferences from inception to completion. Evan Broslovsky was hired as vice president of customer experience at Comcast's Western New England Region, based in West Hartford. Prior to joining Comcast, Broslovsky spent nine years as vice president of contact center operations at Priceline.com. Dan Keune has been elected 2019 president for the Connecticut REALTORS, a professional trade organization. Keune currently works as a Realtor and broker with Campbell-Keune Realty in Ellington.
