Rob Lally, an executive at Cultivate, has applied to the Framingham Planning Board for approval through Commerce Framingham Real Estate LLC. e shop would open at a vacant 3,600 square-foot building at 250 Worcester Road that was formerly home to Taqueria Mexico and before that, the computer store PC Healthstop. Sutton, Primetals get $2.25M MassWorks grant England-based metal mill manufac- turer Primetals and Sutton are receiving $2.25 million from state agency Mass- Works to help fund natural gas lines for the company's planned $28-mil- lion manufacturing facility. Primetals plans to consolidate its two Worcester locations into the 183,000-square-foot facility is planned for South Sutton Commerce Park. Milford National CEO leaves for Brockton firm e former president and CEO of Milford National Bank has le the company aer it was acquired by Rockland Trust, landing a new job at Brockton financial consultants Cobblestone Management. Kristin Carvalho will serve in the same role at the Brockton firm. Cobblestone said Carvalho was credited with stabilizing Milford National Bank when she took over at the helm of the bank in 2008. Rockland Trust acquired Milford National Bank in a cash-and-stock deal worth $54.2 million. e transaction closed last month, and all Milford National branches have reopened under the Rockland brand.
