Ronzello was hired as vice president-home listings for Central Connecticut at Tea Leaf Realty, a West Hartford real estate firm. Ronzello has 20 years of financial- services management experience and a background in financial sales, business development and marketing. He will be responsible for managing all facets of listing and selling homes for the company. Kimberly Staley was appointed chief administrative officer at Capital Workforce Partners, the state's regional workforce development board in north-central Connecticut. In her new role, Staley will be part of the executive leadership team and an active participant in making strategic and managerial decisions affecting the organization. She previously served as chief administrative officer for the city of Bridgeport. Capital Community College Foundation, which raises funds for scholarships, equipment and program enhancements at the Hartford community college, has named several new board members. They include: Anthony G. Barrett, executive director of the YMCA Wilson- Gray Center; the Rev. Trevor Beauford, pastor of Union Baptist Church in Hartford; Nicole Hughey, an assistant vice president for diversity and inclusion at Travelers; Florence Johnson, a consulting manager for Qualidigm and president of the Northern Connecticut Black Nurses Association; Jorge L. Marimon, a consumer and health services executive at Aetna; Abdul Mohammad, founder of My People Clinical Services in Hartford; Melissa E. Schwalbach, chief compliance officer and counsel for Connecticut State Colleges and Universities; and Steven Taylor, vice president and branch manager at United Bank. Operation Fuel, a Bloomfield-based statewide nonprofit that provides emergency energy assistance to low- income families and individuals, elected three new members to its board of directors. New board members include Denise Rhone of East Hartford, legal education manager for the Connecticut Women's Education and Legal Fund; Courtney Chan of Ellington, director of human services for the town of Coventry; and Melissa Davis-Hussain of Bloomfield, a social worker for the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs. Nathan Adajian has been promoted to assistant vice president-commercial loan officer, and Lynne Stanley was promoted to assistant vice president, cash management officer at Windsor Federal Savings, a Windsor-based bank. Adajian has worked in commercial and retail banking as well as audio engineering. He joined Windsor Federal three years ago. Stanley joined Windsor Federal Savings in 2008 as business banking officer with over 25 years of prior work experience in the retail and business development areas. She most recently held the position of commercial relationship officer. Gaylord Hospital, a 137-bed long-term acute care hospital in Wallingford, made eight promotions within its leadership team. Barbara Banning has accepted the position of director of pharmacy; Leigh Golembiewski has officially transitioned to the position of manager of process improvement and project planning; Peter Grevelding is now vice president, clinical operations; Jacob Hunter has been appointed director of outpatient services. Margaret Kelley has been promoted to administrative director of medical services and psychology; Joy Oliano has been appointed supervisor of Traurig House Transitional Living Center and Outpatient Care Management; Kimberly Thompson has been promoted to the role of manager of public relations and marketing; and Lori Vickers has accepted the position of director of inpatient therapy. Dave S. Christensen has been appointed to the board of directors and Legacy Council for McEIVR Inc./ MakerspaceCT, a Hartford-based nonprofit that runs a community workspace. Christensen is a partner at Cantor Colburn LLP, a Hartford intellectual property law firm. He chairs Cantor Colburn's additive manufacturing practice group.
