helton's Center Stage eatre was the site of the Greater Valley
Chamber of Commerce's 47th annual Gold Seal Awards
Reception Oct. 24.
Joseph LoPresti of Barnum Financial Group, Bruce Sofferman
of Smile Dental Center in Shelton and omas Wilson of the
Wilson Agency in Shelton were recipients of the GVCC's Gold
Seal Award, which recognizes exemplary community service
through dedicated leadership.
e Platinum Award, which recognizes a previous Gold Seal
award-winner who 10 or more years later remains active in the
community, went to Ernestine Luise of Shelton.
And this year's Silver Medal Award winner is the Valley United
Way's Grow Your Own Neighborhood Garden program.
