Women, at 70 percent, were more likely to feel that way than men, who said at a 48-percent rate too few women are in business leadership. Just over half said gender discrimination is a major reason why there aren't more women in executive roles. When polled online, the majority of WBJ readers said the gender mix in local business leadership is at the right amount. F L AS H P O L L "Many women are already in leadership roles here.
