We reuse by donating safe, short-coded finished products to local food banks for distribution. We reuse ingredient food waste by supplying our food waste to local farms for pig feed. We recycle all metal, corrugated and cardboard waste. We recover energy by working with partners that convert our grease waste into biodiesel fuel. None of our food waste is disposed of in landfills. Our Kitting staff gathers the ingredients needed for all our batches of soup and gets them ready for our Cooks to prepare. Edward has been a "Souper Star" from the beginning. His passion, work ethic and desire to grow personally is incomparable. In just two short years he has been promoted to a Team Leader position and has been a great mentor to his team and peers.
