The people I work with are some of the most-skilled at what they do, which enables me to take on a lot of complex manufacturing challenges at such an early stage in my career. I started with Plansee as a co-op student in the tool room. Upon graduation I moved to CNC milling and began learning to operate other equipment. Within a few years, I became a machine shop Group Leader and two years ago, was promoted to Manufacturing Supervisor. I enjoy working on process improvements, researching equipment and tools, training employees and maintaining operations. Plansee has always offered me growth opportunities for career advancement.
