The leaders here saw my potential and gave me the opportunity to expand my knowledge. I was elevated to Value Stream Coordinator in 2009, Work Flow Coordinator in 2013, and Production Coordinator in 2017. I support the Director of Operations and am responsible for a variety of production assignments, including establishing priorities and scheduling work, coaching and developing our team, and matching customer requirements to shop floor capacity and material availability to minimize lead times.
