As technology continues to advance and more solutions hit the market, it's essential to view customers as part- ners and involve them in the product- development process early and often. Companies must experience their so- lution in the field and work with actual end users (e.g. workers at the jobsite) to understand how products are being used and identify unexpected benefits or pain points to stay ahead of cus- tomers' needs.
