Biddeford+Saco Chamber names new director e Biddeford+Saco Chamber of Commerce+Industry said that Jim LaBelle, who has 30 years of marketing and financial management experience, took over the post of executive direc- tor on Oct. 15. He was selected from a pool of six finalists and takes over from Craig Pendleton, who resigned in July after eight years leading the chamber. LaBelle most recently served as the vice president of marketing at Raw Seafoods in Fall River, Mass. A long- time vacationer in the area, LaBelle decided on a permanent move to Biddeford. e chamber is a nonprofit trade association with 400 members, stakeholders and regional partners.
