S U S TA I N A B I L I T Y Paradigm has an excellent training program to build upon basic language and measurement skills. Employees are cross-trained and work in teams; eventually, employees can perform almost every function at the plant. New employees are supported by team mentors who lead orientation and training, often in their primary language. In terms of environmental sustainability, our company recycles large components, including vinyl, glass and aluminum.
