SERVICE LOCATION(S) Each year, Woodfords provides direct services to more than 2,000 children, youth and adults with autism, developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses throughout the state. Woodfords Family Services AWARDS/ACCOLADES Woodfords Family Services achieved reaccreditation in 2016 by the Council on Accreditation (COA), whose national program of quality improvement is designed to identify providers that have met high performance standards and have made a commitment to their stakeholders to deliver the very best quality services. 2019 GOALS rough Woodfords' many programs, the agency helps children, youth and adults with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities and mental health issues achieve their goals, while providing guidance and expertise to the families, caregivers, providers and community groups that support them.
