"The coolest thing about my job
is being able to utilize automated
equipment. Hypertherm makes me feel like
I'm part of something bigger than just working
another Job. The advice I would give to anyone
seeking employment in manufacturing would
be to put effort and time into understanding
and learning the technology. Your career as a
result will repay you in many ways."

"The coolest thing about my job is working with people. Every day I work with
different personalities. Working in an assembly environment is collaborative,
and team work is key. I find it's essential to learn to adapt to all the personalities on the
production floor so as a leader you can make a personal connection. The advice I have
for those who might be considering work in the manufacturing industry is to keep an
open mind. Manufacturing is continously evolving, and you need to be open to new
people and processes and the changes that happen."
