N e w H a m p s h i r e , 2 0 1 8 • S T U F F 67 What is the coolest thing about your job? "I have always considered myself a lifelong learner and my position at MadgeTech has allowed me to embrace my pursuit for knowledge. Since starting here nearly five years ago, I have been given the opportunity to attend various training courses around the country, pursue a master's degree and embrace different business cultures, most recently traveling to Japan. Despite these great opportunities, the most impressionable experiences have occurred right in Warner, New Hampshire. MadgeTech is unique in that all of our products are engineered, manufactured and sold from within four walls. A completely vertically-integrated company is rare these days, especially in such a small town. Our successful business structure would not be possible without our talented employees. At any time I can walk across the hall and have an in-depth explanation of how a product works from the engineer who designed it. MadgeTech employees are passionate about what they do and are eager to share, teach and learn." Position: Marketing Manager Age: 26 School: College of Saint Joseph Years at company: 4 years Meredith Orbacz
