Hypertherm makes me feel like I'm part of something bigger than just working another Job. The advice I would give to anyone seeking employment in manufacturing would be to put effort and time into understanding and learning the technology. Your career as a result will repay you in many ways." Every day I work with different personalities. Working in an assembly environment is collaborative, and team work is key. I find it's essential to learn to adapt to all the personalities on the production floor so as a leader you can make a personal connection. The advice I have for those who might be considering work in the manufacturing industry is to keep an open mind.
